New building and rooms with balcony. Location - pleasant adjacent to the cathedral, town plaza, and a trike ride away to the main dept store and the supermarket and the Royal Suites Condotel. Nothing too much trouble, really comfortable stay for family vacation.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, hot shower, working air conditioning. Reception girl Phoebe was great. Clean rooms and good food. Refunded one night. Will come back.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a new hotel in Kalibo. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this place. The bed and shower were excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even provided free transportation to and from the airport. The location was also perfect, being very close to the airport and offering easy access to all the excitement of the Mother of all Filipino festivals. I especially enjoyed having a balcony in my room, and the breakfast included in my stay was a great bonus.

the staff was very helpful and provided us with a solution to this problem, using a blind and some newspaper to darken the room.
